bullet pointsite facelift
(posted:19 February 2003 @ 12:31)

I have finally got round to finishing the site facelift. There is now some recent photos and recent tracks on the demo page.

The demo tracks aren't final mixes, but I wanted to get some more recent material up on the site.

bullet pointnew stuff but no gigs confirmed
(posted:18 November 2002 @ 23:16)

We are currently recording a new demo to replace the "lo fi" 4 track stuff currently on the website. This is still going to be a DIY recording but this time with more tracks and digital equipment. Expect that to be finished any..er.. month soon.

I am also giving this site a facelift, and will be adding a gallery and biography, which will also be finished really soon. maybe even by the end of the year.

bullet pointall funked up with nowhere to go
(posted:29 May 2002 @ 16:00)

After the storming success of the re:action and prom bar gigs in May we have found ourselves with no more gigs booked. Apart from Nikki leaving to go travelling we are at our best, with loads of new vocals-led material and a lovely braxton hicks banner and bass drum skin (courtesesy of the creative talents of Nikki).

So we are looking for gigs to play - preferably festivals/ garden parties seeing as it is summer, especially if we can camp on site and make a weekend of it. We are also looking for fun, lively gigs with a captive audience - especially funk nights at clubs where we might do a 45- 60 minute set in the middle of the evening.

If you want to book us:-

  • there's 8/9 of us so we need a fairly large stage area
  • fee is negotiable
  • you provide the PA system/mics & desk, preferably a "proper" one where the whole band go through it (essential for large venues)
  • we are based in Bristol UK, we can travel but you pay transport costs/ accomodation if necessary
